Internet Explorer, first shipped in Microsoft Plus! for Windows 95 Versions were internally dubbed "Windows 3.2". Goal was to add a 32-bit virtual memory manager to Windows 3.1. Along with Win32s, this was one of the first steps towards moving the Windows desktop to a 32-bit code base.
